We’ve all indulged in a bit of vandalism from time to time, be it school text books, library books, magazines, or for the few bolder ones, outdoor advertisements. Well, you now have a chance in your favorite pass-time without being chased down alleyways by law enforcement officials! Designer Brian Khouw seems to understand the emotions that run behind scribbling on pictures and came up with the Vandalijst, a concept picture frame that encourages you to doodle on your photos!
Obviously, the pictures aren’t affected, given that the frame itself prevents the pictures from being ruined. Also, one needs to use a whiteboard marker, enabling users to wipe clean any doodles from the frame’s glass without leaving stains behind. The concept isn’t a technological breakthrough and can be applied to just about every glass picture frame. We do love the simplistic thought behind this concept though.
