• Hotello concept, a makeshift office and hotel room

  • hotello-1
Artist Robert de Luca and designer Antonio Scarponi seem to understand space crunches best and have together come up with a portable and transportable room that can easily function as a make-shift office or office room! The designers collaborated to create this concept for the Swiss design firm, Daskonzept. The duo has christened the concept the Hotello and has designed it to be compact enough to fit in the back of a car when packed.

The Hotello uses a metal structure supporting a translucent and sound absorbent curtain. This helps cocoon a user inside a peaceful environment. The Hotello concept comes with a lighting fixture too and all the basic amenities you’d require to get work done and rest, along with a tiny bed, clothes hangers, a work-table and a wardrobe.
