Submarines might be considered the ideal way to travel beneath the waves, though these huge chunks of metal aren’t environment friendly and tend to harm the ecosystem they travel through. Designer Bianca Busetti from Austria came up with this fantastic way to travel through the blue. Called the Amnis, this contraption is in essence a bionic submarine concept that sways away from pollution. Silent and powered by electricity, the Amnis blends into underwater marine life, without disturbing or destroying the ecosystem. With the ability to move like a manta ray, the Amnis is also easy to maneuver and can reach depths of up to 40 meters!
