Just because its an electric car, it doesn’t mean that it cant be a mean-machine. Ask designer Raul Frollàand he’ll agree with this. His Shorty and Sporty is meant for those who enjoy zipping around in their cars. A neat compact zipper, its easy to maneuver in congested spots and is a safe bet. The doors are mounted and rotate on the top extremity of the B pillar. The ample windows offer extra light to the cabin plus increased viewing area for the driver. The motorcycles rear fork has inspired the suspensions of the vehicle. A low center of gravity is achieved by positioning electric motor on the rear axle, and battery pack beneath the rear seats. Measuring less than 3 meters in length, and with a 3 seat interior, this fun car will sure be a hit with the speedsters, too bad its only a concept.
