Sci-fi freaks and car enthusiasts who are interested in technology of the future will surely be bowled over by Nissan’s V2G concept car design that is part of the Youthmobile 2030 design challenge being exhibited at the 2009 LA Auto Show. The designers are expected to design a car for young drivers for the year 2030 and the V2G is the product of one such team’s imagination. The Nissan V2G concept is an electric car that would drive on a network of electrified highways. Keeping in view LA’s car modifying culture, the car is designed in such a way that its parts can be snapped on and off by the owner. These parts would be also be made from carbon nanotunbe cloth impregnated with bio resin, allowing them to be endlessly recycled. The concept car boasts of a small cabin mounted on six wheels, two on the back and four up front on extended arms.
Definitely futuristic, the young drivers of 2030 will surely have blast zooming on the streets of LA in this mean machine.
