One of the most exciting activities in water after swimming is discovering into the seabed for its varied aquatic life. Most do that by Scuba diving, and some by submersibles. But the submersibles that we find are usually for two or three members and extremely heavy. The “Subeo” conceived by designer Allan George is an individual submersible that is a lot lighter and flexible than those expensive submersibles. It takes you about 5 metres under the water to discover the marine life at its best. The Subeo is launched from a platform floating on the water surface and integrates a six-liter oxygen bottle that lets the diver remain under water for about 20 minutes.
The Subeo generates power from two motors of 180W backed by two Li-ion batteries and the submarine follows intuitive commands, allowing easy controls for safe and comfortable diving. Those who are aquaphobics, but still want to get a glimpse of the under-water scene, can follow and enjoy the activities going on the in the seabed from the platform.
