The Hummer has not just fascinated car enthusiasts but designers as well who longed to add their personal touch to this iconic vehicle. Designer Andrus Ciprian is one such designer who has envisioned a futuristic Hummer. Keeping with the current downsizing t5heme, the Romanian designer has created his very own concept Hummer HB compact off-roader. The concept vehicle features almost no front and rear overhangs, a high road clearance and huge tires. According to the designer, the Hummer HB adopts a body-on-frame construction while power is provided by a biofuel capable V6 engine. What is more, the concept Hummer HB is available in two versions, one with a smaller windscreen split into three sections and an array of cameras that relay video to the driver through screens, and another with a conventional windscreen and additional lights on the roof.
An exciting concept, let’s hope Chinese company Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Co.(the new owners of the brand Hummer) are able to woo customers with such designs.
