Well-known Italian designer Carlo Cafiero has joined hands with the TechMarine shipyard on a new 80-meter
super yacht concept that resembles a Lamborghini or a shark. The power-to-weight ratio is achieved by a steel and light alloy aluminum hull and superstructure and the yacht is characterized by a forceful design. The high prow combined with the tinted polycarbonate bulwarks art shielding a sea-level swimming pool and gym/ sauna give it an aggressive, shark like appearance. The craft’s slightly convex protruding side windows contribute to this appearance. The twin caterpillar 3516 hp engines project a maximum speed of 17 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 6000 nautical miles at cruising speed.
Covered terraces overlook the sea and a retractable helipad in the bow can accommodate an Agusta Grand storable in a large hangar below. The yacht’s interior layout encompasses four decks that can accommodate 30 guests, an owner’s super suite as well as 30 crew members. The loungers in the rear swimming platform are protected by green glass walls.
