“Aerok”: Concept racing bicycle by Yaser Banjar

Aerok.jpg For the adventurous folks, here is a concept bicycle that will surely meet your thrill requirements. Brainchild of Saudi Arabian designer Yaser Banjar, the “Aerok” is unique bicycle designed for a new racing sport. The sport requires the rider to position himself/herself flat on the chest like a swimmer. Inspired by Formula 1 racing, the Aerok is made from carbon fiber which ensures optimum stability at high speeds. Cycling the legs to increase the speed, the rider has to move the arms front and back for better controls when turning to different sides. The exterior shape of the bicycle called “shell” not only protects the rider from accidents but also lets the air pass smoothly and increases the speed of the vehicle.

A great concept, thrill seekers would love for this bicycle to materialize.
