This is the collapsible stretcher. What you can do is fold it and carry it along with you just in case of an emergency. You can carry it as a back pack and at times of emergency, remove it, open it up where it will extend it out and then a foldable stretcher on which the person can be laid on. Convenient. But if this concept works, then the thought remains, why would someone carry a backpack stretcher when you could save yourself space to carry other basic, more relevant necessities?
