When there is a baby in your home, aren’t all that you are worried about got to do with the baby? Cleanliness, hygiene, anti-germs, disinfection are at the top of your minds priority during such days, aren’t they? True, that baby’s are easily prone to catch germs and infections from the things and places around them. And so such things should always be disinfected and kept clean. One such way of ensuring that the baby bottle is made germ-free is the Pureray concept designed by Hwa-yong Shin & Hannah Kim. This baby bottle gets sterilized on its own using the ultraviolet rays that is in-built in the bottle. The concept bottle features an ultraviolet lamp on the base and an amplification pipe up the middle of the bottle. The battery-powered cap of the bottle is screwed on to the base of the bottle where it transmits infrared rays through the amplification pipe. The nipple end of the bottle is unscrewed and then inserted into the bottle for disinfection purposes. The inside of the bottle and the nipple is then disinfected using ultraviolet rays. Isn’t it an amazing concept? The only thing I am personally worried about is how safe is exposing UV rays to common household items and especially toddlers with low resistance.
