Even a good night’s sleep is become a luxury for many. That is why we see inventions like the Vertical Bed and the more recent Zeo that helps you get that much needed shut eye. The Zeo is a device that acts as a personal sleep coach. The device consists of a bedside display and a headband to track the user’s sleep patterns. All the user needs to do is wear the headband while he/she sleeps and the device will display and track the users sleep patterns. The device also syncs with an online component that features a sleep journal, sleep tools and other ways to learn more about the user. After studying the pattern, Zeo then recommends ways to change or alter the user’s lifestyle or sleep pattern in order to get a better sleep. However Zeo makes no guarantees on ensuring a good, nights sleep and instead aims at giving the user information about their sleeping patterns.
A unique device, if people follow its advice they will surely get good sleep.
