The watch with no face, hoLED watch uses holes to tell the time instead

We’ve had watch concepts by the dozens before. Here’s one that completely took our breath away though. At first, all we thought it to be was a bracelet like any other. A closer look had it turn out to be much more than just a fashion accessory. An epitome of fantastic watch design and great usability with a sleek and beautiful look, the hoLED watch by Alexander Petunin is a paradigm shift away from just about any wristwatch you might’ve used before. Instead of using a watch face, this one uses holes to tell the time, with the circumference of the hole lit up by LEDs that denote the time. Also, to power this one up, a carbon nanotube film provides juice generate by shaking the watch or exposing it to daylight or the wind.
