The elderly have a hell of a hard time communicating, especially in today’s world, packed and drenched with gadgets, all too complicated for them to comprehend and fully understand. Designer Tom Harries has come up with a novel way to help the aged and elderly communicate, in an attractive, inexpensive and pretty practical way. Called the TALK, this mobile communications system for the elderly is meant to be worn around the neck and stays uncomplicated with just the essential buttons, including a push and hold button to call. This one can be clipped on to a shirt pocket or just about any clothing and hooks on to a charging cradle when the battery runs out. With this, the elderly are sure to find an easier way to keep in touch with the changing times and technology around!
