These stunning speakers built by Minnesota-based industrial designer Adam Moller, can give you the get the effect of wearing headphones without actually wearing them. Unlike other speakers which project music as volume, Klang Ultrasonic Speakers work by projecting music as ultrasound waves. These speakers can focus their beam of sound so tight that only you can hear it. In fact, you can tune each speaker to send sound to just one of your ears, giving true binaural stereo. However if you want to fill the entire room with music just open the beam back up until the glasses are trembling.
As Klang Ultrasonic Speakers is a class project by Moller designed for Bang & Olufsen, it will not be available for sale.
