The CES 2010 gave gadget freaks a chance to drool over the sleek designer Karim Rashid-designed Asus Eee PC Seashell netbooks. The slim netbooks with a textured wavy finish are definitely hot. Besides enabling an easier grip, these designer netbooks allow its users to make a style statement like never before. The subtle coffee brown netbook managed to stand apart from its much hyped hot pink version. More of an accessory than a gadget, this netbook series also includes a designer sleeve, an external hard drive and a mouse.
Another Asus gadget that debuted at this expo was the Designo LCD monitor. This super slim monitor is propped up by a unique ring that controls the tilt angle. With Asus rolling out such neat products, competitors had better get ready for some serious competition.
