Furniture for kids can be fun and quirky, but most of all they have to be practical so that they last for a sufficient period of time. Kids can be moody and tend to outgrow stuff relatively quickly; maybe that's why I never opted for a bunk bed for my children. However the Rolli Polli Chair by Yamairah Alfaro is something I guess most parents will indulge in. taking inspiration from Eero Aarnio's Ball Chair, the Rolli Polli is like an egg that cracks open into two perfectly comfortable seats. The outer hard shell is complemented with push colored seating that will park your kid's tushy quite neatly.
Like most practical children's furniture, you can use the orb to stow some nick-nacks when the chairs are not in use. Like the designer says. "When separated, each lightweight piece offers a place to sit or play. When closed, toys, books and other items can be placed inside for storage." This one gets a big thumbs-up from me! What about you?
