Here is a table with a twist. A twist that’s really needed if you like your table clutter-free and very organized. No paper spread, no phones or calculating devices. Someone somewhere must have read our minds. That someone is designer Shawn Bonkowski who has created the ‘message table’. It comes with an answering machine that is merged into the wooden table.
That’s means for each message received, a box appears on the table. If you wish to listen you have to open the box and if you wish to delete it you just have to push it back to where it came from. The message table will be exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum, at the Salone del Mobile 2005 in Milano.
