Trees provide for a great place to chill beneath, helping weary travelers with natural shade, keeping them away from the harsh rays of the sun. This bench concept turns trees into the perfect place to rest beneath. Ideal for the urban park, these benches strap on to trees and sport no legs. Using the tree as a back bone and drawing support from it, the Tree Bench is the brainchild of designer Rogier Martens. The Tree Bench also works great as a temporary seating solution and can be quickly dismantled and moved away, without leaving behind a scar on the earth.
