These are called ‘ear hangers’ and are designed by Atelier Van Lieshout (that’s a funny name!). It is supposed to be a pair of earrings that can both be worn or displayed as a sculpture. The uniqueness of this design is that the fused metal pieces are connected with body figures bent in different positions. It is extremely odd. It looks like alien fingers and if I wore it I would feel like my earrings are going to throttle and take my tonsils out. Spooky, extremely spooky.
