Innovation in designs and structures consider only sky to be the limit. Miranda Watkins does just that and has come up with a cantilever vase made of stainless steel and glass which looks very classy. A cantilever is a beam supported on only one end. Using this concept, the beam arches downwards with the weight of the flowers and water that it holds. When the glass vase is empty, it springs back to its original position. The beam is made of high grade stainless steel while the glass is blown glass. I think it looks totally useable and practical and would love to have it if it’s ever made into a real product.
