Bathroom fittings are getting a makeover, courtesy designers exploring new materials and designs. The most recent designer to explore the world of bathroom fittings and furnishings is Arthur Kenzo. With his unique concept Parenthese Sink, Arthur defines a whole new purpose for sinks. The Parenthese Sink was the designer’s entry for the 2009 Decotec Young Designers Competition. The Parenthese Sink is the designer’s vision for the 21st century bathroom furniture. Turning the bathroom into a relaxation zone, the designer has provided a unique seat under the compact bathroom sink. The seat perfectly integrates with the design of the sink. In Fact on first glance it is hard to guess that there is a seat under the sink, given the beautiful way in which the design of the sink and seat blends perfectly.
The small yet effective Parenthese Sink is truly a class apart.
