One needs to be in Amsterdam to witness this breathtaking ‘water villa omval’ designed by dutch +31 architects. The Villa is equipped with two large floors a roof terrace which is developed by lowering
the bedroom half a story and hence allows a logical transition from the ground floor to the basement. A large void has been made so that there is day light in the basement. There is also a fireplace in the living room to make use of the lost space in the split-level.
