The Jenga game has been around for quite a while now and has been known to tease brains world over. This simple though tricky game has inspired this concept building design by Y Design Office. The building, standing 75-stories high, is a masterpiece in itself and is destined to sprout in the heart of Hong Kong. A vertical neighborhood of sorts, this building is expected to bring back the community feeling in modern day urban living. The building consists of prefab steel and concrete modular units designed by the residents themselves with sizes varying from XS to XL! Also, these prefab units will be moved every 5 years, enabling residents to meet new neighbors as the time passes.
