UrbanBuds lets a garden burst out of your suitcase

UrbanBuds1.jpg I've never heard of suitcases carrying plants, but there's always a first. Gionata Gatto, an Italian designer based in the Netherlands, has soiled and seeded suitcases and such for gardening on the go. This project labeled UrbanBuds is rather unique and looks great. You can grow 36 different food plants in these suitcases. It's quite easy, all you need is a suitcase and some soil and seeds. I'm not sure I want to be carrying a garden around though. Will this pass the security check at airports?

Andy Kurovets designs ‘Liquid Time’

Liquid_Time.jpg Ah! Watches! How I love them!! It seems like designer Andy Kurovets has designed this watch just for me. Titled ‘Liquid Time’ and also’ From Nowhere to Nowhere’, this watch uses Led backlight and beautiful crafty typography to display the 5th dimension- time. Set beautifully in a metal body with a LED screen, it is available in white metal, black and red. Basically digital in nature, yet the style of the numerals is quite distinctive and hence I like the name ‘Liquid Time’ for it. It looks no less than some jewellery piece. I loved it so much; I wish I could team this up with my gorgeous black dress I purchased recently.

A classic Sailing Club in Italy by Progettospore

Sailing_Club.jpg You can always trust Italy to come up with extremely elegant and classic designs that are made to suit your level and caliber. A similar design has done by an Italian designer Progettospore, who has designed a sailing club in Italy. The design looks very classy and elegant to me. Made form materials like wood, glass, brick and hemp, the look of the architecture is very light and sharp. Though it is an architecture, it is definitely not a visual barrier between the pedestrian promenade and the sea. It is a beautiful frame that is perfect for thes ea side or a beach. Thin and strategic construction makes the design look very luxurious and rich.

Rozetkus 3D power socket hides inside the wall

rozetkus-3d-socket.jpg I love products that are multifunctional, 3D and compact, considering the houses we live in these days. Due to the space crunch, the need for such products is felt very strongly. Rozetkus 3D is one such device that is a power socket which hides inside the wall until more sockets are required. So now in the space for one socket, you have about 3 workable sockets. Not only is this a very workable and practical concept but it also looks very good and stylish. I really like this idea, and I hope it does materialize as a real product in every household.

Mouse Fortune is the future of our regular mouse!

Mouse_Fortune.jpg Unlike the conventional computer mouse which resembled a plain white box-like item, the version two was the one where there was a mother board and always required a mouse pad to be used. Then came the optical mouse in which the motherboard was visible and a light which symbolized that the mouse was working. Now the latest concept in the mouse is a one where there is no motherboard. It is wireless. It looks elegant. It is a sleek piece, which I am sure everyone would love to own. I would love to. It still does have a glowing light which symbolizes to add to the appeal.
