This is a really different chair than those we are usually used it. This quirky piece of furniture can be used as a light as well as an armchair. So you have a lamp and armchair all in one. It looks pretty good and it will be suitable for most decors. If you have a rather drab interior, it will add a touch of style to it. The red and white color scheme is pleasing to the eye. 
Check out this pretty little make up table, the Feluca from Poltrona Frau. It is a lovely table that's extremely girly and stands on three sinuous steel supports. The lightly padded case is upholstered in soft Pelle Frau leather from the company’s Color System (featuring 90 different nuances of color). It features many small compartments and a tiny rotating mirror. It looks great in non-scratch paint in milk, sand or abyss. The sleek and stylish looks really captivate you. Finally here is one gadget that retains its retro charm and yet boasts of modern technology. A design concept, it still has managed to impress me no end. This concept will especially be appreciated by music buffs and vinyl record collectors. Designed by Charlie Pyott, it is a beautiful portable USB vinyl record player called “Linos”. Hook it into your computers USB port or use the USB power adapter with a standard stereo jack output. Load the record to the lower spindle element, lock it into place and push power. With just the perfect touch of modernity, this retro player manages to charm one and all. Aren’t you glad you saved those vinyl records? 
Music is such an important element in today’s life. I mean it was always, but nowadays it brings about a sense of peace that is very hard to find. Not just adults, the same goes for children as well – hear no evil. This is an innovative gadget for children to play music in a unique way. “Alle meine Klaenge” (AMK) is a Sound Program that can be used by a computer to transfer it as ‘Sound Blocks’. This device performs intuitive operations not only to read the sound, but also allows the children to play interesting games like creating sound building blocks and send them to their buddies. 
These days many products are coming with multi functions. It helps in saving money, space and time to look for two three different products. This one is amazing. It is designed by Wonho Bae and is the Sound Blind Speakers. These are actually speakers in the form of blinds with different patterns on it. When the speakers are on, it lights up subtly and music is heard. If you want, you can even roll it up twist like any sun-blind! How cool is this!? This design has so many advantages, only we should be careful that we don’t literally treat it like a blind and be too rough. Then the repairs would be a lot. But nice idea though. 
Thomas Meyerhoffer, a Swedish designer has developed a new surfboard which is touted to be the most radical leap in surfboard design in the last 50 years. Named the Meyrhoffer board, this surfboard has been shaped like an hourglass to emphasize nose riding and tail riding for leisurely surfers. The Meyerhoffer board is designed like a longboard that rides like a quicker more maneuverable shortboard. The Meyerhoffer board was launched globally in May 2009. 
I'm usually not a big fan of plastic bracelets, but ORB by Djordje Zivanovic has really caught my eye. It's a nice concept that shows the current time by incorporating lines inside that show the current time. The lines rotate around the watch to show the time, while the seconds line keeps moving around with stopping. The first line is for hours, the second one is for minutes and the third represents seconds. It can be made with a base of either black or white with quite a few options for the time lines. The touchscreen let's you adjust the clock. It's a great looking concept. 
Here is the most elegant shower head you will ever come across. Designed like a chandelier by Tannan Winter Design, this candle chandelier sits over a pedestal tub. The form of this chandelier was based on a statue of Aphrodite, called “Aphrodite of Cnidus.” The Chandelier is formed around the shape of her body while the clear acrylic represents her purity. This Victorian style chandelier will definitely add a touch of class and elegance to your bathroom. The shower represents the ritual of bathing, and the candles the impurity to be washed away. Just imagine bathing under candle light with water sprinkling down from a chandelier. A breathtaking piece, I personally love the inspiration behind this artistic showerhead. Simply mesmerizing, I have fallen in love with this Greek Goddess inspired chandelier cum showerhead.
Ok this is some major design. It is an electronic bionic insect bus. It was entered into a contest incorporated with Michelin Tires. So it’s this black huge electric bus designed by Mohammad Ghezel. It has eight separated wheels with in-wheel electric engines and also solar cells on the top. It has two side doors that open like butterfly wings. There isn’t much more than this but clearly the designer has a thing for insects and jazzy cars. Maybe he is from the Middle East. 
This is the coolest design I have seen, heard or written about. Imagine this dude4’s brains! He is so smart! New York designer Matthias Kaeding designed a pair of ceramic cooking knives inspired by Stone Age tools. As part of a NeoLithic project, he researched into archaic forms and low-tech design to come up with this amazing caveman-inspired knives that can chop, cut, scrape, mince and scoop just like your normal knife! It seems some of the Stone Age knives that are kept in museums are still sharp and work perfectly well today ‘thanks to their utilitarian shape and material’. 
Now on your mouse, you can also have a number pad. This is the answer for laptops that do not have a normal number pad. This is a solution by Adesso which combines ‘keypad functionality to accommodate a traveler who does not wish to bring an entire extra keyboard’. It is housed within a plastic casing and moves as a mouse and can be used as a number pad as well. Yay. 
This is a wonderful piece of furniture. Why? Because, it has multiple use and saves a lot of space for people who live on the run or those who have got space constraints. This is a new seating system by designer Patricia Urquiola and is white in colour. It allows you to use it as a sofa, couch and bed. It consists of a thin platform and flexible curved up back rest and you can choose between Night & Day (and that’s what its called) to suit your comfort. It can have storage compartments, tables and lamps attached to it for so many different uses. It’s like you can just live on this sofa cum bed cum etc. It is produced by Molteni&C. Love it!
Designer Vadim Kibardin has come up with a really cool Black & White Clock that is capable of turning two dimensions into three with a series of four OLED digits. They each have their own power source. A really nice feature is that a light sensor decides if the room is dark or bright and adjusts the lighting of the numbers accordingly. During the day, the numbers will be dim and night they will shine. I really like this concept.

Almost every environmentalist is sick and tired of getting people to pay attention to the most urgent need of today- Global warming. But somehow, Mother Nature is always second to football matches and elections and other such events. Not that these events are unimportant. But just think about it, if there is no planet there won’t be any more events. That is why I commend German designer Tim Richter for designing this unique Meteorological station. Designed in the shape of a giant solar sail, it will make people aware of future challenges in terms of global warming. It is an integrated system which creates energy, protects itself, offers shelter and showcases nature using the smartest aspects of technologies. Inspired by nature itself, this meteorological station will definitely get everyone’s attention.
