See who would have thought of this if not for someone who has the brains and the mind to make a difference? Shanghai-based Jeremy Chen has come up with a concept for the elderly. It’s a camera which they can use and won’t have to be hell confused over the various actions and options that new cameras these days have. The Elder People Snapper is simple, clean-looking and chunky enough to grab onto. Nice one. And so sweet.

One of the final projects at Forsbergs School of Graphic Design and Advertising was honored with the Pelle Lindbergs scholarship and Grafiska Företagens Förbund scholarship. Why? Because here is a concept that will work very well on cutting costs and getting the message across. Four bicycles were interconnected to one straight line and fixed to a stand. On one end a reel of book stickers is kept. Then as the wheels of the cycle spin, the sticker moves towards the cycles which print the stamp on it. Hence it delivers a four-color print of four bikes on the stickers. Smart move to print in an eco-friendly manner and keep fit too.

When you have had a day of hell with more work than you can imagine thanks to incompetitive and irresponsible individuals you are forced to call colleagues or even bosses or even situations where you are pulling out your hair trying to manage a couple of brats that make you wonder on how it came to be called your children and so on and so forth... you wish to float in the sky away from these problems and relax. Koo Touch has come up with one such concept that you will start marking your calendar for from now on. It is called the Cloud. It is a sofa set that is suspended in the air. Not with strings, but due to the strong magnetic base it will feature. Just like a floating cloud. I am sure this was the outcome of immense stress and depression. What a noble idea.

Furnishing is fun. So many wonderful ideas from so many smart people, it’s just too much. Here’s a concept of an archipelago used for tables. They are made of MDF or strong plastic and come with accompanying side tables. Its design is unique falling from a 2D extrapolating (or extending) to 3D effect. The good thing about concept cars is that we can think beyond the box and twirl around it. UK-based designer Varun Niti Singh has come up with a brilliant concept of networked vehicle called Dot. This electric, emission-free vehicle can stack against other Dots for greater performance. The idea behind its network theme is that once on the road it can invite other vehicles to join it on its route.
